    Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

    Missing or Damaged Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sagiohub.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with an exchange or refund.

Exchange Policy – Sagio Hub
At Sagio Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer easy exchanges.
Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items on sale or with a final sale tag are not eligible for exchange.
    How to Request an Exchange
    To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer service team at support@sagiohub.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. We will send you instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send you the new item, or issue a store credit if the desired size or product is unavailable.
    Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
